I’m Muna Mire, a Canadian-American writer, producer, and creative storyteller.

I cut my teeth as a feature writer and cultural critic before expanding my skill set to producing late night comedy for television.

The scope of my creative work currently includes screenwriting, producing, editorial strategy, copywriting, social-first content creation, and creative direction.

My skill set is multidisciplinary and my clientele is just as diverse. The projects I get most excited about have a deep respect for culture, craft, and community.

With more than a decade of experience, I’ve learned that the most effective storytelling comes from deeply human writing—the kind that makes you feel something.

About me:

I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada but I’ve called Brooklyn, New York home for more than a decade.

I live with my partner and two cats, Simone and Blue.

I really love to laugh. So tell me a joke!
